The South Eastern Health Board was delighted to accept the invitation of the Labour Relations Commission (LRC) and would like to thank the Chief Executive Officer and staff for their time and efforts.  The SEHB has given an in-depth account of issues surrounding the dispute to the LRC. 

The SEHB is deeply concerned and disappointed that the Irish Medical Organisation has scheduled further industrial action to commence tomorrow Tuesday 13^th August, particularly as a Labour Court hearing has been set for early September to consider related issues.  The SEHB again calls on the IMO to withdraw the industrial action and prevent further suffering and distress to patients and their families.
